About Marmaris
Being a fishing town, Marmaris is one of the largest resorts on the Aegean coast. The city shows a modern development with tourism. Although there are facilities suitable for every budget, the population reaches 200,000 in the summer months, with many hotels, restaurants, nightclubs and low-cost package holiday catering stores.Despite the development that reaches around 10 km along the west of the bay, the city promises greenery all year round for the surrounding pine-covered hills.
